Milos Ajcevic is currently Assistant Professor in Biomedical Engineering at University of Trieste. His research activities concern biomedical signal and image processing and analysis, with focus on neurophysiological signals and neuroimaging.

 

He received the B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering and in 2012 the M.Sc. degree (summa cum laude) also in Electronic Engineering from the University of Trieste, Italy. In 2015 he received the PhD degree in Information Engineering (curriculum Biomedical Engineering) at the Department of Engineering and Architecture (University of Trieste).

 

From 2015 to 2016 he was post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Engineering and Architecture (University of Trieste) and he contributed to several projects PARIDE, ECRES - DiabEx and eHealth2patinet regarding ICT solutions for self-management of chronic patients. From 2016 to 2022 he post-doctoral fellow ans senior research associate at University of Florence and University of Trieste and was involved in Airalzh, MeMoRi-NET and CASSIA projects. Currently he is involved in Twin Brain H2020 project. He is also a member of international groups EURASIP and IFMBE and national GNB group.
